Brilliant service! Nothing was too much trouble

I visited Shorline during the summer having no idea of what I needed to do or how to go about it. As soon as I walked through the door I was met with a friendly greeting. Wasn’t hassled or pressured but gently asked if I needed any help by Ben after I’d been looking a little while. I took my time and had a good look around and once I decided what I wanted I booked an appointment for Ben to measure up. Once that was done I got the design back via email within a day! I went back a 2nd time with my sister and Charlene helped, again no pressure and spent a couple of hours with us planning different options when I found something new I liked. I had one follow up email as I hadn’t been touch which was nice but not pushy or pressuring me at all. I finally went back a week ago and again spent another couple of hours this time with Jordan and ordered everything I needed. I had my delivery just 5 days later. Ben and Jordan delivered and were brilliant. I thought I had space for it all but hadn’t realised just how big the panels are. Ben and Jordan were brilliant, calm and had a few different options. They always checked that I was happy with the suggestions and so everything has been delivered and stored safely All of the staff have been brilliant, friendly, patient, courteous and helped me no end. I would 100% recommend Shorline Bathrooms…. They even refund full packs of anything not used! And you get a cute little goodie back. Thankyou again!!
