Ordered a variety of items for a shower refit. Went in twice. Each time greeted with knowledgeable staff who were happy to spend time showing options. They also suggested ideas we hadn't thought of. Excellent knowledge of products, no hard sell, friendly, delivered as agreed. Quality of products great. Really pleased
