We have visited Shoreline on three occasions whilst sorting out a bathroom makeover. Each time we have been helped by extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. We would recommend Shoreline 100%
All the staff in this shop are such a pleasure to talk to the knowledge that they have is really helpful and they are all so kind and polite something that’s missing in lots of shops. We have had three different people and all were excellent.
I visited Shorline during the summer having no idea of what I needed to do or how to go about it. As soon as I walked through the door I was met with a friendly greeting. Wasn’t hassled or pressured but gently asked if I needed any help by Ben after I’d been looking a little while. I took my time and had a good look around and once I decided what I wanted I booked an appointment for Ben to measure up. Once that was done I got the design back via email within a day! I went back a 2nd time with my sister and Charlene helped, again no pressure and spent a couple of hours with us planning different options when I found something new I liked. I had one follow up email as I hadn’t been touch which was nice but not pushy or pressuring me at all. I finally went back a week ago and again spent another couple of hours this time with Jordan and ordered everything I needed. I had my delivery just 5 days later. Ben and Jordan delivered and were brilliant. I thought I had space for it all but hadn’t realised just how big the panels are. Ben and Jordan were brilliant, calm and had a few different options. They always checked that I was happy with the suggestions and so everything has been delivered and stored safely All of the staff have been brilliant, friendly, patient, courteous and helped me no end. I would 100% recommend Shorline Bathrooms…. They even refund full packs of anything not used! And you get a cute little goodie back. Thankyou again!!
We are very pleased with the service we received from Shoreline. Nothing was too much trouble. Ben came out to our bungalow and measured for a walk in shower to replace our bath. We soon received the quote and the items were delivered promptly. Special thanks to Ben who guided us throughout.
