Excellent service

We were recommended to try shoreline even though we live in Wroxham and they are a fair drive away. They have a really good showroom and plenty of knowledgeable helpful staff to assist. In our case Charlene helped us to choose. We have found the whole communication process to be easy and smooth; phones are answered promptly, and emails replied to- a refreshing experience when so many businesses are so poor at customer service. I am pleased with the price and quality of what we have ordered. A great experience- thank you!

Friendly professional service

From the moment you climb the stairs to enter the showroom you are in awe of the beautifully displayed bathrooms etc. its an art and a fine line to ensure you are left to browse with friendly non intrusive customer support you may need during your journey through the showroom. Couldn’t have been more helpful and patient. No one could have been more nervous than myself with the whole scenario of picking everything we needed. From the day we walked in to view our new bathroom & all the help & information we received, our quote, & now to the day we have received our delivery, everyone we have spoken to & have helped us at Shoreline in Great Yarmouth have been very professional, very helpful & so polite & friendly.
