WOW! Amazing service

Just wanted to say WOW! Amazing service tonight ,when walking through your doors. Met by a lovely lady who helped my son choose a toilet and sink on a tight budget. No hard sale , It real was a great experience to see good old fashion customer service . I will most certainly be using you in January to complete my bathroom refit. Once again thank. I will most definitely be recommending you to all my friends. Merry Christmas to you are your fantastic team .

Excellent knowledgeable service

Ordered a variety of items for a shower refit. Went in twice. Each time greeted with knowledgeable staff who were happy to spend time showing options. They also suggested ideas we hadn't thought of. Excellent knowledge of products, no hard sell, friendly, delivered as agreed. Quality of products great. Really pleased

5-Star service

An extremely refreshing experience being served by the Shoreline team of professionals, proper equipment with 5-star service. Shoreline recommended the Aquilisa discreet shower system, not the cheapest solution but we are delighted with it, we opted for porcelain tiles too and, we could not be happier with the result. We wish you continued success; you deserve it.

Quite Outstanding Service

The furniture for our new bathroom arrived a short time ago. The delivery service matched the treatment that we had come to expect in every respect. What a great experience it has been to trust this company with looking after everything from an initial visit to measure up and then some great customer care in the planning and selection of items for our refit. The Shoreline Showroom had plenty of all sorts of bathroom/shower fittings which made our final selection easy. We were treated to some of the best customer service that anyone could want by Rebecca and nothing was to much trouble for her. All in all what a wonderful experience and we now cannot wait for installation to take place next week. Thank you Rebecca and all members of the team that we came in to contact with.

Outstanding in every way!

Shoreline Bathrooms is quite simply the best company I have ever dealt with. Their level of knowledge and advice is exceptional, and it’s all delivered in a refreshingly non-pushy way. No hard sell here! The showroom is fantastic, and their prices are very competitive. Nothing is too much trouble, and every time I visit it’s like I’m dealing with friends rather than salespeople. From design to delivery, the whole process has been amazing, and I really can’t thank the whole Shoreline team enough!
