From the day we walked in to view our new bathroom & all the help & information we received, our quote, & now to the day we have received our delivery, everyone we have spoken to & have helped us at Shoreline in Great Yarmouth have been very professional, very helpful & so polite & friendly. Nothing was any trouble. They worked out everything we needed. 👏🏻👏🏻Big shout out to Keri, Brian, Charlene & Ben & Jordan who we had the most contact with. Thank you for all your help & expertise. We have already recommended you to all our family & friends for their future bathroom refurbishments!

Excellent service

We purchased a replacement shower from Shoreline. There were a huge number of showers on display and Kerry was incredibly helpful sorting out what we needed and pricing up various options. Excellent quality products with fast delivery .

Just been to Shoreline for a quote on a simple white bathroom. Linda the member of staff who served us was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It was a real pleasure to be treated as a customer. The other members of staff were also very polite

amazingly helpful!

Nothing is too much trouble and when you’re stuck or confused with all of the options available, the staff are amazingly helpful! A modern business with good old fashioned customer service, very much a rarity in today’s world.
