From the start Shoreline have been great. Great staff and customer service. Ben and Jordan were cheerful and efficient when they delivered the bathroom equipment yesterday. Can’t praise Shoreline enough and would recommend them unreservedly!
Had my delivery today, Ben and Chris were very efficient and piled all the goods in a tidy manner and not in our way. Very polite and chatty. The showroom staff are very helpful also a great credit to the company. I was going to offer Ben and Chris a cold drink as it’s so hot out. Apologies guys!!

Ben and Chris provided excellent customer service. I was in and out of the showroom numerous times as I was very indecisive and made numerous changes to my order. They never failed to make me feel welcome and that I wasn't being an awkward customer. Can't praise them enough.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We visited the showrooms on several occasions in the course of ordering our replacement en-suite. Rebecca and Keri were particularly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending and pleased to be dealing with and supporting a local company.
