Excellent customer service

Ben and Chris provided excellent customer service. I was in and out of the showroom numerous times as I was very indecisive and made numerous changes to my order. They never failed to make me feel welcome and that I wasn't being an awkward customer. Can't praise them enough.

Excellent company

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We visited the showrooms on several occasions in the course of ordering our replacement en-suite. Rebecca and Keri were particularly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending and pleased to be dealing with and supporting a local company.

Good service.

Ordered a new basin and toilet.Staff very helpful at the point of ordering, and was delivered on the day and time specified.Delivery staff most helpful and friendly.Will use Shoreline again

Excellent service

Installed a new shower room last year. The shower head developed a leak owing to a damaged seal. I sent Shoreline a picture, they contacted the manufacturer and had a replacement head within a few days. Excellent!

A great company!

I cannot recommend Shoreline enough! Everthing is tastefully displayed in the showroom and I was very pleased to find exactly what I wanted. Jordan was extremely helpful when I ordered the vanity unit and it was delivered into my house 11 days later. The whole process from start to finish was painless. One happy customer!
