Ben & Chris delivered my new cloakroom items last week and were polite & courteous. It was no trouble for them to put the boxes in the room I requested and they treated me and my home with respect. Great service!

Had my delivery today, Ben and Chris were very efficient and piled all the goods in a tidy manner and not in our way. Very polite and chatty. The showroom staff are very helpful also a great credit to the company. I was going to offer Ben and Chris a cold drink as it’s so hot out. Apologies guys!!

Ben and Chris provided excellent customer service. I was in and out of the showroom numerous times as I was very indecisive and made numerous changes to my order. They never failed to make me feel welcome and that I wasn't being an awkward customer. Can't praise them enough.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We visited the showrooms on several occasions in the course of ordering our replacement en-suite. Rebecca and Keri were particularly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending and pleased to be dealing with and supporting a local company.
